In Memory of Angela

A year ago, June 16, 2019, Angela left us to be with the Lord. Only we know how difficult, heart wrenching and painful it was to move on without her guidance, her laughter, her love and her wisdom. We miss her but we know that she is definitely at peace. She is always with us. I know she's SO proud of us.

We will continue her legacy. We will continue to improve the lives of CKD/Dialysis patients one day at a time.

We love you Angela. Continue to rest peacefully.
